I understood everyone was different or unique, as my teachers would say, but these kids more unique than usual. When I got to high school I was able to expand my understanding for why there were students who were different. Now that I am in college not only has my understanding, I am also able to apply what I’ve learned in a real setting if ever needed to. As I was observing the children in the classroom I was noticing every one of their behaviors and learning styles was different. For example, there was a little girl who liked to get treats when she was learning, also known as positive reinforcement, and this worked for her. She was engaged because she knew she was getting a treat if she answered correctly vs little boy who needed more help or more direction when he was trying to get through his worksheet. Something I also noticed during my observation period was that behaviors of the children were not the same. Some of the children’s behavior was more aggressive than other children. The other children were more relaxed, but very fidgety while they were sitting. Does one develop autism or is one born with autism? The latter would use â€Å"Human flesh search† dig up their information, and abuse, threaten the victims. And it also infringes upon citizen’s legal rights, such as right to privacy. Meanwhile, the Great Firewall can intercept dirty language, personal abuse. In some degree, it does refine the Internet environment. The circumstance can be controlled by government. Google is so powerful and it search engine can be this crime’s accessory. It is refine the environment of Google. So, for Google, this monitoring can help Google find the crime information, it is good for Google development. (ROB, 2012) The Internet rumor has been overflow, which also has been keeping down by the program. In China, the Internet rumor is seemingly worse than any rest of countries. Rumor disrupts normal social order and brings about panic, riot, which is immorality. The government has duty to crackdown on online rumors to give citizen a truth. The relationship between local society and corporation also is important. And the relationship between corporations with its stakeholders also cannot be forgotten. The stakeholders mean those effect corporation police and practices. Sustainability, the resource on the earth is limited, and corporations are the part of society. Hence, it is concerned that corporation how to use resource. As an international corporation, it behavior would be concerned, and public concerned its use of resource. It more likes morality restraint. And corporations pay attention on resource utilized which is responsible to society. Furthermore, sustainability not only about means resource, but also carrying capacity of the ecosystem. Global corporations should concerned developing with care protection of ecosystem. They are powerful and taking more responsibility. The society is sustainability development and they can sustainability development. According to David (2008, app) concerned CAR is apparently important. The good action can build good brand awareness, such as charity. The media will help to advertise these beneficial actions, which is more worth that advertisement and promotion. (Craig, 2003, p. 21) For example, in China, Struck donates 1. 5 million US Dollar for training west rural teachers in poor areas, furthermore, this program also support poor students to finish their college study. Moreover, Struck are working on Education in China and Struck are the partner with women’s Development Federation and Water and Sanitation Education Project. So, it is the reason of Struck is welcome in China. (Struck, 2006) 5. 1 The advice to Google Google have the privacy issues. As a global corporation, this problem had been across many countries. Marc believes that Google violate the global privacy tankards, and those issues are becoming as amusing as serious. Hence, the advice is respected the people’s privacy right. It is important to build brand image to public, if Google hurt customer’s privacy, which one are likely to use Google. And the different areas have different regulations of privacy, as a globe corporation, it is important to follow those different rules. Internal Google, they can set up a program to check any content that violent privacy. It is too late if external point out this behavior, which can quickly spread to world by media and bring harmful effect. According to high level report Anyone, 2006, p. ) The second advice is keeping away from China. It has a big share of search, in China. Chinese government insisted to censoring search content. Google had been agreeing with this censoring, but it against by rest of world. They believe the monitoring had violated the human right. And the Chinese government still believed Google against the law under the cooperation. The censoring was betrayed Google’s principle that respects Internet freedom and reality. Keeping cooperation would arouse the more oppose, including, Human right organization, reporter without burden and so on. In 006, some of demonstrator had the activity called â€Å"Mass Breakup with Google†. This activity protests the Google’s cooperation with Chinese government. And demonstrators believe that Google break own principle of â€Å"Don’t be evil†. Away from China, and refuse cooperation can build good brand image to rest of world, and the operation still work in Hong Kong. According high level report (Bassoon, 2007, p 10-15) 6. 0 The suggestion to lessen the political vulnerability between the government of USA and China There are many, complex, and rottenness conflicts between two countries. The deepest conflict is in ideology. China is governed by the communist party which believes the socialism with Chinese characteristics. Obviously, United States of America is the leader of capitalist countries. Both of two have so much difference in belief. Hence, it related and cause the specific conflicts. The biggest answers were requested censored by Chinese government. The international social believe it betray the principle of freedom of Internet, in further, it violates human rights. Although, Google effort to cooperate with Chinese government, the latter still believe Google default and provide porn information. In the Google sides, they assert hey suffer from Chinese hacker Internet attack. USA government requires Chinese government to protect the rights of Google. Yahoo can work in China, because it respects the Chinese regulation. Yahoo has totally legal operation in China. Yahoo is taking responsibility of CAR. Both of China and USA better keep calm. In front of the conflicts, both of two governments better keep restrain action and speech. Between two large countries, they have to think about the long-term benefit and cooperation. Impulsion and extreme action will hurt long-term cooperation relations. As Google’s issue, it is a commercial issue. The suggestion is keeping it to commerce problem. The public social can query Chinese government’s strategy of treat Internet information. But, it is not smart for USA, as a government to interfere China internal affairs. It is not smart way to upgrade this issue to political problem that is making problem more complex. The deep communication and understand the culture and custom. Through the communication, both of sides can solve this issue in negotiations and dialogue. USA government can understand Chinese conditions and troubles. There are reasons for censored Internet information. USA government can figure out these reasons before action. Meanwhile, it is important to protect Google’s right. Chinese government should investigate Internet attacks. Such as Yahoo, it also has business in China, and it can have a good relation with Chinese government. Yahoo respects Chinese regulation, and the government has no issue with Yahoo. The communication is important to understand the policy of government. 7. 0 Conclusion For many reasons, Google had quite China in 2011. Corporation put website into Hong Kong, which is last part business in China. The biggest reason is Google misunderstanding of China situation. Without consider inter personal relationships, the wrong evaluation was hurt Google in China. The shortage of understanding language make search engine work inefficiency. The market share was declined in big degree. The conflicts with Chinese government were upgrading. The cooperation with Chinese government was suffering against with rest of world. In awkward situation, quite might be the best choose, it still can be helpful to build brand awareness to rest of world. As the conflicts had been caused the diplomatic tensions, the suggestion was that both of governments solved this issue, which better noninsured the long-term interest. Poetic Elements in Sandesakavya Essay Example For Students

Poetic Elements in Sandesakavya Essay Inasmuch as, the theories adumbrated by it are applicable to all literatures and it is possible to evaluate any specimen of poetry y applying the norms set forth by Sanskrit poetics. Sanskrit poetics considers Rasa as the core of poetry and art. While analyzing the poetic elements it says that, all the elements in poetry like the literary embellishment or the literary excellence, the style or the technique are to be incorporated, keeping an eye on the emotive content or the Rasa of paramount importance. Scandinavians Scandinavians are also first originated in Sanskrit. In the text figured, one can see the archetypes of Scandinavians in the sending of Sahara to Pains by Indri. The idea of conveying messages through messengers is found here. In saved fire is considered as a messenger. He carries Haves offered by the poet seers of Vivid period to the gods. So the fire is sometimes designated as Devastated. In Epic and Purists, there are references of sending messages between lovers. In Armys there is a reference that Irma is sending message to Scat through Hangman. In the Inhabitant, it is described that Nah sends a message to Dominant through a swan. Again in the tenth Sandra of Baghdad, Oz?as sends a message to the Goops through Dhabi. Thus in the puritans also, there are references of sending Sanders. In Mezzanine, Killings developed the idea of message into the sublime form of a beautiful lyric poetry. He selected Maintained meter to express the emotions deeply. Mezzanine is a model for later Scandinavians. The message sent by Yak?a from Arming to his wife at Kaka through a cloud is the theme of Mezzanine. The separation of lovers is either by fate or by mistake and the deep pain of separation of the hero is conveyed in the form of message to his lover through an object or a person. This is the common character of Scandinavians. Viral?abash girl is the main sentiment. Main Sentiment in Scandinavians As mentioned earlier, the main and distinguishing sentiment in message poem is Viral?abash girl. There are two types of Viral?bah. Pervasively?bah and Authoritarian?bah. Authoritarian?bah is mostly used in message poems. But religious poets who wrote Scandinavians tried to make the main sentiment Backbit instead of Viral?abash girl. The influence of Backbit movement caused a vital change in the character of Scandinavians. Before that time there was a trend that only Viral?abash girl is functional as the main sentiment in Scandinavians. Later the Backbit became paramount and prime sentiment in some of these types of works. At that time people were fascinated in Scandinavians than any other poetic representations. For example the Handedness of Perspiration is written for religious propagation. Backbit had an important position in these works and it influenced many Sanskrit poets, later. Apart from Oz girl and Backbit, another sentiments also find place in Scandinavians. Dominica in Statisticians, Karakas, in Czechoslovakian of Eve ski%gray and Vitally in Spontaneity of OKrattail SankI are some examples. Hero and heroine in Assassinated. The hero and heroine can be of mere figments. As far as the merit of a Aka is concerned the reality of the hero or heroine is not of much concern. Killings has portrayed the inner feelings of the burning heart of the separated lovers, in a most touching manner giving it the form of an immortal lyric. Legends say that Killings had suffered compulsive separation from his lover and his personal experience gave birth to the Assassinated. If we do not believe in this legend we can think that the hero and heroine are mere imagination. As far as the merit of a Aka is concerned satirical truth and real incidents are immaterial. A poet may compose a Assassinated imagining himself as the hero, taking a hero from Prussic or legendary episodes or taking some other imaginative heroes. .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d , .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d .postImageUrl , .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d .centered-text-area { min-height: 80px; position: relative; } .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d , .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d:hover , .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d:visited , .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d:active { border:0!important; } .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d .clearfix:after { content: ""; display: table; clear: both; } .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d { display: block; transition: background-color 250ms; webkit-transition: background-color 250ms; width: 100%; opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #95A5A6; } .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d:active , .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d:hover { opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #2C3E50; } .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d .centered-text-area { width: 100%; position: relative ; } .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d .ctaText { border-bottom: 0 solid #fff; color: #2980B9; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold; margin: 0; padding: 0; text-decoration: underline; } .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d .postTitle { color: #FFFFFF; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 600; margin: 0; padding: 0; width: 100%; } .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d .ctaButton { background-color: #7F8C8D!important; color: #2980B9; border: none; border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: none; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 26px; moz-border-radius: 3px; text-align: center; text-decoration: none; text-shadow: none; width: 80px; min-height: 80px; background: url(https://artscolumbia.org/wp-content/plugins/intelly-related-posts/assets/images/simple-arrow.png)no-repeat; position: absolute; right: 0; top: 0; } .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d:hover .ctaButton { background-color: #34495E!important; } .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d .centered-text { display: table; height: 80px; padding-left : 18px; top: 0; } .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d-content { display: table-cell; margin: 0; padding: 0; padding-right: 108px; position: relative; vertical-align: middle; width: 100%; } .u4dacb7e16ba0185eb6df93aeb697426d:after { content: ""; display: block; clear: both; } READ: Poetry analysis EssayWhen a poet composes a Aka making himself as the hero, or taking some historical person, after the passage of some years, a researcher may try to connect the incidents in the Aka by alluding some historical aspects. Experience is the best teacher, as the saying goes. There is no better way to learn and be equipped with life skills and unfathomable wisdom than from our experiences. Colleges do just not want their student applicants to be academic achievers, but well rounded too. Extra-curricular activities, like athletic achievements, musical involvements, writing for the school newspaper, joining various school clubs, the student council, summer camps, leadership trainings, among many others are just a few of the many activities that a student can get involved in to harbor more life experiences and to know where he excels at the most. Free Example of Argumentative Essay Rationalization theory is a powerful tool in putting long-range historical processes into perspective. The overriding ethos of industrial society-a cost-accounting mentality and the urge to build and control institutionshelps explain both the ethos of urban revivalism and the ethos of religious television. The ethos of both reflects the historical periods in which they developed. The ethos of revivalism and its use of appropriate means fits into an era dominated by industrial capitalism; the ethos of religious television and the notion of God's technology fits neatly into the postindustrial era, in which technology will "solve" all our social problems. As part of the business and entrepreneurial tradition, televangelists are businessmen for the Lord. They are eager to seize available opportunities to sell the gospel through mass communications. They pursue their goals of winning souls and building teleministries without hesitation, never questioning the appropriateness of using telev ision to do so. Neither are they encumbered by denominational deliberations. Rather, their concern is how to use television effectively. Schooled in pragmatism, televangelists know how to reach the individual Christian, offering hope and love to ameliorate fear and anxiety and, perhaps more importantly, offering membership into their television communities as a means of acknowledging the viewers' importance to them. In addition to the use of any appropriate means to win souls, members of the electric church value the dynamics of a free-market economy in modern life, including competition for religious beliefs. They believe that the free market will recalibrate the economic system and the religious system and, because of this strongly held mindset, they claim to oppose federal government regulation and intervention. Despite their rejection of Darwinism, they equate successful competition with worthiness and confidently compete with other religious groups and organizations. One way they compete is by reaching out to those evangelicals who are nonaffiliated or disenchanted with their congregations. Another is by competing for the same, already established audience, as illustrated by Oral Roberts fighting to maintain his top-ranked position but losing to Jimmy Swaggart, or the fortunes of Rex Humbard and James Robison waning, but those of Pat Robertson and Jim Bakker rising. Several related phenomena appear during such competition. First, the teleministries act like other institutions in similar situations. They try new program techniques. They hire new technical-professional staff. They contrive events to get their names in the papers and on television. They diversify their business activities by offering hotel facilities, special tours of their studios, schools for the children of viewers, and, in one case, a theme park. In short, they engage in the business of staying in business, and, in the process, lose their uniqueness and mystery. The National Health Service and the Risk Assessment Techniques Research Paper

The National Health Service and the Risk Assessment Techniques - Research Paper Example The incident took place on an eight-bed ward for female admissions in a small National Health Service (NHS) institution. Dorothy Perkins has a history of considerable antisocial conduct. She is a thirty-five-year-old woman who has been nursed within this inpatient facility for almost three years and will be referred to as. Ms Perkins was admitted from Her Majesty’s Prison Service following ruling from the Crown Court that she requires a period of assessment after the attempted murder of her community care worker. Ms Perkins presents as floridly psychotic with underlying persecutory delusions and presents as unstable in her mood. Her view is that other people (staff, visitors, family and the common public) are plotting against her and attempting to murder her. Despite this, she is able to forge a level of therapeutic alliance with some staff members, in particular, male staff members. She is verbally abusive and with her large physical stature is intimidating towards the other service users on the ward and staff members. Her abuse is usually targeted towards female staff members, and she has assaulted another female service user on the ward during this admission. The multi-disciplinary team has ruled that any episodes of inappropriate conduct from Ms Perkins whilst she is around the communal areas of the ward must result in a period of ‘time-out’. In accordance with the Code of Practice to the Mental Health Act 1983 (1999), ‘time out’ is a behaviour modification technique which denies a patient, for a period of no more than 15 minutes.
